MEASURING IN MATHS

We have been doing lots of measuring using metres and centimetres. We had to estimate how long our classroom was and then we had to measure it using the measuring tapes. Some of our estimations were really accurate. Our class was almost 10 metres long.
We’ve been learning how to convert centimetres to metres and then back again. We have also learnt how to add and subtract metres and centimetres.
